  I don't have any issues with the repair quality, but the the communication needs improvement. Brought a car for assessment and was promised to get an update early next week about when the car can be left for repairs. After two weeks and a half not a word from them.
  
  Next stage, the repairs. We agreed that I leave the car in the morning of Thursday, and pick it up after afternoon of Friday. On Friday I call them to check if I can actually pick the car up and it turns out that in the morning they sent me an email with a silly question 'when I would like to pick up the car' like there was no agreement at all. And it turned out that the fact that I did not answer to that email immediately was enough to not to work on the car and not to have it ready as previously agreed. This is so childish.
  
  As a result of this I was left without the car for the whole weekend, which broke some of my family plans and also I had to reorganise my work plans on Monday just to pick up the car.
  
  If I need such services again, I will choose another company.

  I was very dissipointed in the service I received from this repairer. I had crashed my car pretty bad a couple months ago and called these guys up about getting a repair quote on my car. They said all I'd need to do is go into the shop whenever I wanted and the manager would assess it there and then. I went in to store next day and they said the manager wasn't in. I said okay that's fine, I came in to store the day after and asked if I could get a repair quote. The staff were really nice and the manager said to me if I left the car there, they would contact the other persons insurance company, send photos and sort everything out for me. I thought okay great, I've been told a couple different things but this sounds good. I left my car with them and after a week or so I decided to call up and check how everything was going. They said they were just about ready to give the insurance company a quote, and would call me within the next couple days with an update. I thought this had taken a little while to only just be giving a quote, but I know these places can get busy, so I didn't think too much of it. After another two weeks I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called again. They said they were still waiting on a response from the insurance company, but would call me back over the next couple days once they had gotten a response. No phone call came, yet again. Over three weeks passed and I'd been getting a little tired of waiting when hardly any progress had seemed to happen. I decided to call them up again and ask what was going on. They said they were still waiting for the insurance company to respond, and they had trouble getting in parts, as well as the they'd had a lot of customers come through because of a recent hail storm. I then called the insurance company directly and they said they had not heard from any repairer under this name. So here I am starting at the same place I was almost two months ago because this repairer had not done anything what so ever about my car. They had also repeatedly lied to me about it. I have since taken my car elsewhere and it is getting fixed up in the coming days. Very dissapointed in this repairer.

  A genuine 5 stars to the team at GRMB. After a little front accident that broke my heart I was treated like an old friend by Marco. He met me at the workshop late Friday night to get my car in and secure ( he got there before the tow truck) made me a coffee and a reassuring chat. He liaised a speedy claim with my insurer and in just over a week he handed me the keys with the car washed, vacuumed and looking better than the day i picked it up off the showroom floor!!! Thank you

  Marco did a great job in fixing my car and also went above and beyond to return my car to me once the repairs were complete. Would definitely use this company again
